About the role
As our Growth Marketer, you will
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and continually optimize marketing campaigns
- Experiment with various marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising) to identify the most effective channels for driving growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, customer success) to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, including tracking and analyzing performance metrics to inform budget allocation decisions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing
Who are we looking for?
- Successfully completed your academic studies or apprenticeship
- Some experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in the software industry
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions
- Experience with various marketing channels and a track record of driving growth through these channels
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated self-starter with a strong enthusiasm to learn
