About the role

As our Founder’s Associate, you will

  • Swiss knife to the founders and teams in Growth & Finance – whether it’s setting up our financial reports, improving our digital sales room, or organizing the next offsite – no task is above or below you. You enjoy being in the middle of the action and stepping in as needed.
  • Set up and own several operational processes in GTM, finance, operations, etc.
  • Grow into a growth/finance role where you set up the structure and build your team

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven Experience in Fast-Paced Environments: You have firsthand experience in high-growth startups, top-tier consulting, investment banking or tech companies. Previous experience in B2B SaaS is a big plus.
  • Action-Oriented Mindset: You possess a “get things done” mentality, always defaulting to action. You aim to gather initial learnings quickly and iterate based on progress.
  • Entrepreneurial Problem Solver: You take ownership of your tasks, leveraging your analytical skills, structured thinking, and independent working style to solve problems effectively.
  • Adaptability to Change: Frequent changes and ambiguous situations excite you. You can think logically, break down complex problems into manageable steps, and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellence in Communication: You excel in both written und verbal communication in German and English.
  • Passion for Learning and Growth: You seek the highest learning opportunities in your next role and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues in an office setting.
