About the role
As our Founder’s Associate, you will
- Assist in executing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and continually optimize marketing campaigns and sales motion
- Experiment with various marketing and sales channels (e.g., email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising) to identify the most effective channels for driving growth
- Create and curate compelling content, including blog posts, articles, landing pages, infographics, and videos, to share across various channels
- Assist in sourcing and qualifying potential leads to ensure a robust sales pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, customer success) to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
- Work closely with our Co-Founder on ad-hoc projects e.g. financial modelling, investor reporting, fundraising, event planning, etc.
Who are we looking for?
- First work experience in a fast-paced startup environment (startup, top-tier consulting, tech company). Previous experience in B2B SaaS is a big plus.
- “Get things done” mentality.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Motivated self-starter with a strong enthusiasm for learning

Why we’re building peopleIX:
