About the role

As our Founder’s Associate, you will

  • Assist in executing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and continually optimize marketing campaigns and sales motion
  • Experiment with various marketing and sales channels (e.g., email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising) to identify the most effective channels for driving growth
  • Create and curate compelling content, including blog posts, articles, landing pages, infographics, and videos, to share across various channels
  • Assist in sourcing and qualifying potential leads to ensure a robust sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, customer success) to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
  • Work closely with our Co-Founder on ad-hoc projects e.g. financial modelling, investor reporting, fundraising, event planning, etc.

Who are we looking for?

  • First work experience in a fast-paced startup environment (startup, top-tier consulting, tech company). Previous experience in B2B SaaS is a big plus.
  • “Get things done” mentality.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong enthusiasm for learning
