About the role

As our Content Marketing Manager, you will

  • Content Strategy Leader: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our business goals and brand voice.
  • Content Creator Extraordinaire: Produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media.
  • Market Educator: Create educational materials and campaigns to inform and engage our target audience about people analytics and its benefits.
  • SEO and Analytics Specialist: Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and track content performance using analytics tools to optimize and report on content effectiveness.
  • Brand Voice Guardian: Ensure consistency in messaging and maintain a strong brand voice across all content platforms.
  • Collaborative Partner: Work closely with the growth and product team to align content initiatives with overall company objectives.
  • Thought Leadership Advocate: Develop content that positions peopleIX as a thought leader in the people analytics space.
  • Community Builder: Build and engage with online communities, fostering relationships with influencers and industry experts.
  • Content Calendar Manager: Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.


Who are we looking for?

  • Proven Experience in Fast-Paced Environments: You have firsthand experience in content marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or agencies.
  • Action-Oriented Mindset: You possess a “get things done” mentality, always defaulting to action. You aim to gather initial learnings quickly and iterate based on progress.
  • Creative Thinker: You have strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, always bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • Adaptability to Change: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and can seamlessly adapt to changing priorities.
  • Skilled Communicator: You possess exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, and are proficient in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
